    10min AMRAP- 5 rounds, finished with 20ish seconds left but she told us just to nix the run!

    8min AMRAP- 6 rounds + 100m row, 3 squat jumps

    6min AMRAP- 7 rounds + 30 DU, 6 box jumps (lost count on this so could be off...)
